What is Tuscanery?

Tuscanery is an eShop of authentic and traditional Tuscan food & wine through which you can taste high quality products and discover the true essence of Made in Italy (well, made in Tuscany actually) from the comfort of your home, no matter where you are!

How does it work?

Go to our Menu and choose between our Tuscan meals. Fill your box (or boxes) with how many meals you like. Enter your personal and billing information, shipping address and payment details in our safe e-commerce environment. We’ll then ship your boxes on Tuesday and deliver them to you in approximately 48/72 hours depending on location.

Shop

How many meals can I buy?

There is a minimum of three meals you have to choose to open a box and make an order, but there is not a maximum of meals you can buy. Please note that every Tuscanery box we deliver can contain up to 5 items (meals + suggestions), thus everytime you reach the limit of 5 items you have to add 3 more meals and start to fill another box.

What are those suggestions?

Suggestions are products that Tuscanery advise you to couple with the meals you selected. Click on the + icon to add them to your cart.

Do you change the meals and suggestions available on your Menu?

Yes, we do. Tuscanery is always trying to offer the best of Tuscany: we will add new products and change the ones already available in order for our clients to enjoy every Tuscanery experience

How do I report an issue with my order?

Please contact support@tuscanery.com for every issue. We’re always happy to help.

I filled my box but I want something else

No problem. Open a new box by adding 3 more meals. There are no limit to the number of boxes you can open

Where can I see the meals I bought in past orders?

Log in to your account clicking on the top-corner right menu and selecting LOGIN. You will be provided with all your registered data

Shipping

Where do you ship?

We currently receive orders from and ship to Europe and USA.

When do you ship?

We ship every Tuesday. Your order will be delivered in 48/72 hours since shipping, depending on location.

When my order will be delivered?

Your order will be delivered in 48/72 hours since our last shipping day. We ship every Tuesday

Do you charge me the shipping cost?

No. We deliver your order free of shipping cost.

How can I check that my order has been shipped?

You will be receiving an order confirmation email and a separate email with the tracking information about your shipping. In any case, our team will be happy to help, so for any problems regarding your delivery, just send us an email at support@tuscanery.com or contact us.

May I change the shipping day of my order?

Yes. While checking out and filling in your billing information you will be able to select the shipping day when you want us to ship your order. From the shipping day you chose, your order will be delivered to your door in 48/72 hours depending on location

What if there is a shipping problem with my order?

We use third-party carriers to deliver your food packages. Issues beyond our control are therefore very rare. If something happens, however, please contact us as soon as possible at support@tuscanery.com as we’ll arrange a solution

What is a Tuscanery meal?

A Tuscanery meal is a meal kit providing you 2 servings of an original Tuscan recipe made with fresh and farm-to-fork ingedients. It is convenient and very easy to prepare: you’ll need just 15 minutes

How many people does one meal feed?

Every meal kit provides you with two servings of the chosen meal

Where do I find meal ingredients?

If you need to take a look of what’s inside your meal, check out the meal details: go to the Menu and left click on the name of a meal. Details and recipes about the meal you clicked will appear on screen.

Do you have vegetarian/vegan food?

Check out our meal details left-clicking on the name of the meal in our Shop page. If the meal you are looking for is vegetarian or vegan, it will have a green stamp in the description

Where do I find a list of allergens contained in your meals?

Visit our Menu. Left-clicking on a meal’s name you will learn all the information about its ingredients and allergens

Do you provide alternatives for my dietary needs?

All our pasta sauces are gluten free. We can provide also gluten free pasta in case you need it. For this and similar coomunication please contact us at support@tuscanery.com

Where can I find instructions to cook my Tuscanery meal?

Three ways you can learn how to cook your meals:

  1. left-clicking on the name of the meal in our Menu page,
  2. following our #recipes section on our Journal,
  3. visit our Facebook page and look for our videorecipes

Do the products you sell have an expiry date?

Yes, they have. Check out the expiry date on the products’ packaging.

What if there is a problem with my meal?

My account & payment

Do I need a registered account to shop?

No, you don’t need. To shop, just go to our Menu page and enjoy. When you will checkout and proceed to payment, your data will be collected for the next time you’ll come at Tuscanery, so you don’t need to provide billing and shipping info everytime you shop.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal as a payment method

What’s the aim of a registered account?

Once you tried our products we’re pretty sure you will come back for more. To provide you an easier shopping experience your email, shipping data, payment method and orders will be safely collected for the next time you’ll come here

How do I change the name on my account?

Log in to your account from the menu. Select from the left column “Account details”. Here you can change your account name, email and password

Log in to your account from the menu. Select from the left column “Account details”. Here you can change your account name, email and password
